Welcome to Lykke Ottosen Eghøj!

February 17 2025

We’re excited to welcome Lykke as the newest member of our Data-Driven Innovation Department.

Lykke holds a BSc in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science and an MSc in Computational Biomedicine from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Her master’s thesis focused on using machine learning models to explore multi-pollutant exposure in children.

Lykke has previously worked at Odense University Hospital, where she automated processes in the Department of Pharmacology, optimized workflows for medical review and diagnostics, and developed an app to organize patient data for medical practitioners.

At Alphalyse, Lykke will likewise optimize our processes and workflows, develop data-driven QC tools, and use bioinformatics solutions to analyze mass spectrometric data - improving detection of protein impurities in biopharmaceutical products.

When she’s not busy managing the Alphalyse database, Lykke loves spending time on the ice and the water. She enjoys figure skating, has built her own sea kayak, and holds a speedboat license! ⛸️🚤

Please join us in welcoming Lykke to the Alphalyse team. 🎉
