The impurity analysis team expands further

5 October 2021

The close proximity of Syddansk Universitet – University of Southern Denmark (SDU) to the Alphalyse Headquarters gives us unique access to very well-educated and specialized employees. This month, we are thus excited to welcome two SDU alumnae, Freja and Sindhu, to our team.

Sai Sindhu Thangaraj just finished her PhD Thesis in Cardiovascular Inflammation. Sindhu’s industrial and academic background provided her with key competencies such as

• expression and purification of mAbs and recombinant proteins,
• vaccine development and vaccinology,
• immunologic techniques,
• and ELISA development.

Freja Munch Andersen comes from a position as Production QA Specialist in a medicinal cannabis company. She is specialized in
• analysis and production according to GMP standards,
• method validation,
• and GMP documentation.

Furthermore, Freja has extensive experience with immunological techniques, ELISA, and the expression and purification of recombinant proteins.

Sindhu and Freja will be principal investigators on many of our host cell protein analysis projects and look forward to working with our many international clients.
