Alphalyse welcomes back 2 protein analysts

March 1 2024

We're growing our team with familiar faces

We are happy to say 'welcome back' to Katrine and Martine, our new (but familiar) colleagues!

Katrine Pilely and Martine Taagholt have both worked at Alphalyse before. This time, they will join our Characterization Department to specialize in impurity and ELISA characterization.

Katrine (right) holds a PhD in immunology and has previously contributed to developing the ELISA-MS™ coverage analysis and reagent characterization. After three years as a postdoc researcher at the University of Southern Denmark, where she was responsible for method development and project management for a clinical, immunological study, Katrine has now returned to Alphalyse.

Martine (left) has been with Alphalyse for two years while studying for her MSc in Biomedicine at the Faculty of Science, University of Southern Denmark. She worked as an intern assisting with ELISA characterization and as a student researcher doing her thesis project on developing impurity analysis of cell and gene therapy drug products. She graduated in January and looks forward to continuing her work with method development and problem-solving.

When she is not busy in the lab, Martine enjoys knitting, cooking, and swimming – she is an avid scuba and freediver! 🐟🐠🦈

Katrine enjoys working in her garden and taking walks in nature with her family. 🌳🌲🦌

We are excited to have Katrine and Martine back with us, and we hope you will join us in welcoming them!
